Waste
You can put your waste sorted in the waste containers at the Beachhouse Boulevard. Do not put your waste outside, this attracts vermin.
Fire protection
Please do not light candles inside the Beachhouse, due to fire risk.
It is not allowed to place a barbecue or other hot objects on the terrace of your Beachhouse.
Do you want to barbecue at the beach? No problem if you use a gas barbecue. Tip: always put a bucket of water near the barbecue.
Curtains
Please carefully open and close the curtains in your Beachhouse. Thank you in advance!
Dogs
Maximum 1 dog is allowed per Beachhouse, and only in Beachhouses 11 to 25. Dogs are allowed at the beach on a leash.
Pipes ans cables
The pipes of gas, electricity, water and sewage are located in front, behind and under your Beachhouse. Please do not dig or hit sticks here. To avoid clogging the toilet, do not flush wet wipes down the toilet.
Lounge furniture
You will find beach chairs, a parasol and windshield (in the couch at the kitchen) at your Beachhouse. Please do not move the lounge furniture to the dunes.
Parking
You can park your car for free on the parking lot next to Duinhotel Breezand. You can also park a second car here for free. There is also a possibility to charge your electric car.
Music
Muted music is allowed at the Beachhouses. We kindly ask you to not make any noise after 10 pm.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed at the Beachhouses. We ask you to smoke outside and always put out your cigarette in an ashtray.
Bread service
A great start of the day with fresh bread. Get fresly baked bread rolls in the morning! The baker bakes the bread rolls for you and hangs them outside at the front door of your accommodation. Order your bread online here. Verse broodjes
Wifi
At check-in you received an arrival note. At the bottom of this note you will find the wifi password for your accommodation.
Checking out
On the day of departure, you must check out between 9:00 - 9:30 am. You can put your luggage on the rear terrace from 9:00 am, so our luggage pick-up service can collect your luggage and take your keys between 9:00 - 9:45 am. Then one person can join the luggage pick-up service to the parking lot next to Duinhotel Breezand.
Would you also like to make sure you collect the bed sheets together with the towels in a pillowcase, take out the garbage and load and unload the dishwasher? Before leaving make sure you have taken all your belongings.

Every morning, we make our rounds early to the holiday parks where we deliver. This way, you can wake up feeling refreshed with fresh rolls hanging on your doorstep. That's what a holiday is all about! Our selection includes delicious rolls, such as Kaiser rolls, multigrain rolls, baguettes, and gluten-free options. You've also come to the right place for treats like apple turnovers, sausage rolls, and frikandel rolls.

There are 4 electric radiators in the Beachhouse, one in the livingroom, one in the dining area and in each bedroom one.
You can control these radiators wiht 3 thermostats. The living roomd an dining room radiators are in one thermostat. You will find this one in the living room. Each bedroom has its own thermostat.
In the pictures below you see an explanation on how to use the thermostat.
Picture 1. The radiator and thermostat are turned off. Click on the righmost button to switch on the thermostat.
Picture 2. The thermostat is switched on, and shows you the desired temperature. You can adjust the desired temperature. When you see a flame in the display, the radiator is heating. After a few seconds the display changes and shows the current temperature.
Picture 3. In this picture you see the current temperature. In this example, the temperature is 11,5 degrees, the radiator will heat until the desired temperature is reached. You can change the desired temperature by pressing the two left buttons, this will take you back to picture 2. With the rightmost button you can switch off the radiator and thermostat.
Important:
- Haal nooit de stekker van de radiator uit het stopcontact.
- Ga zuinig en bewust om met energie, de huisjes zijn goed geïsoleerd en dus makkelijk en snel warm te stoken, laat de radiotoren dus niet heel de dag onnodig aan.

The 'Breezand Gym' features professional TechnoGym equipment, including multiple strength training machines, cross-trainers, spinning bikes, a treadmill and free weights.
The gym is open daily from 8am to 9pm.
For you as a guest of Breezand Vakanties, we offer the possibility to use a subscription in our Gym.
We want to ensure that the Gym remains attractive for everyone and does not become too crowded. Therefore, we recommend you to make reservations in advance by mail info@breezandvakanties.nl
