This Privacy Policy is based on Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and contains the rights and obligations of the company with regard to external parties whose personal data it processes, mainly in the context of online sales and marketing of goods and services.

Article 1 – General
Breezand Vakanties complies with the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended by the Act of 11 December 1998, as well as the anti-spam provisions from Book XII of the Belgian Code of Economic Law concerning the “law of the electronic economy”.
Breezand Vakanties also complies with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is Breezand Vakanties.
Article 2 – Personal Data
Personal data you provide to us:
- Category 1 (without registration): your IP address, browsing behaviour, origin and search terms
- Category 2: your profile name, password, email address, login details and (possibly) your profile picture
- Category 3: upon registration / newsletter subscription: your email address

- Category 5: your address details in connection with placing an order

- Category 5: delivery and invoicing of ordered products, based on providing a service requested by you.

You can exercise your rights via email, post or the contact form, with a copy of your ID.
There is no profiling or automated decision-making.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to claim compensation for damages.
Article 6 – Security and Confidentiality
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Breezand Vakanties cannot be held liable for damage resulting from unlawful use of data by third parties.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Employees are granted access to personal data only insofar as necessary and are contractually bound to confidentiality obligations equivalent to this Privacy Policy.
